• All payments processed via third-party providers are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes must be addressed with the relevant restaurant partner or payment provider. However, Fitshield may assist in mediating disputes to ensure a smooth resolution.

• Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
